She reaches out with her free hand as she passes him, bare fingertips grazing his stomach. The other offers a bottle of better than decent red wine from the mostly shattered crate she'd found the last time she went down to Rapture. She's had it hidden away in one of her stashes, waiting for an occasion. Getting Neal to get drunk with her, or even just drink with her, she'd apparently (she doesn't remember exactly when) decided on the way over, is reason enough.
